She is Directress of Physical Education. She has completed her B.Sc., degree in Queen Mary’s College, Chennai. She has completed her B.P.Ed., and M.P.Ed., in Sri Saratha College of Physical Education for Women, Salem. She has completed her M.Phil., P.G. diploma in yoga and M.Sc., Yoga in Annamalai University Chidambaram. She has completed her P.G. Diploma in fitness management in Bharathidasan University, Trichy. She has been awarded her PhD in Tamil Nadu Physical Education and sports university, Chennai 2019.She has attended a National Workshop at Bharathidasan University, Trichy and presented a paper on ‘Stress and illnesses’ at Annamalai University. She has represented south zone   Inter University Tournament Kabbaddi for the year 2004, 2006 & 2007. She has passed SET in 2012. Bharathiar  University Coimbatore. She went as a Team Manager in All India Swimming Tournaments in Calcutta 2011.
